相比前一周(2015.3.30-4.3),这周多层住宅成交数量环比下跌21.0%,成交面积环比下跌19.0%,成交均价则环比下跌1.4%,成交总价环比下跌28.3%。汕头本周二手房成交量价均跌,二手房成交均价连续三周上升之后本周终于出现了下降。本周由于受到清明假期的影响,成交量下跌情况较为严重,不过总体的情况还是比较稳定。
