汕头本周二手房成交量价均涨 高歌猛进踏入四月

[摘要] 房天下数据监控中心统计结果显示,2015.3.30-2015.4.3,汕头市(金平区、龙湖区、濠江区)一周二手房共交易148套多层住宅,成交面积12319.9㎡,均价为3972元/平;共交易1套多层住宅,成交面积181.05㎡,均价为1022元/平,总价共为4912.04万元。

相比前一周(2015.3.23-3.27),这周多层住宅成交数量环比上升10.1%,成交面积环比上升12.5%,成交均价则环比下跌12%,成交总价环比上涨19.3%。汕头本周二手房成交量价均涨,二手房成交均价连续两周上升之后本周继续连升。踏入四月,汕头二手楼市整体走势良好,成交的数量稳步上升,而成交均价也是逐步攀升。
