三月汕头楼市二手房成交量涨价跌 成交环比涨近5成

[摘要] 房天下数据监控中心统计结果显示,2015年3月1日至3月31日,汕头市二手房(金平区、龙湖区、濠江区)3月份共网签599套多层住宅,成交面积50872.71㎡,均价为3532元/平,总价为17969.23万元。

相比上一月(2015.2.1-2015.2.28)这个月多层住宅成交数量环比上涨47.5%,成交均价环比下跌约14.2%。2015年三月份汕头楼市二手房量涨价跌,成交量较二月份上涨了接近5成,这与近期频出的楼市新政密不可分。随着楼市利好的消息不断传出,接下来4月份楼市的成交量可能还会继续上涨,让我们拭目以待。
