房天下数据监控中心统计结果显示,2014年12月1日至12月31日,汕头市二手房(金平区、龙湖区、濠江区)12月份共网签683套多层住宅,成交面积63693.43㎡,均价为3965元/平,总价为25256.51万元;网签2套综合,面积共200.76㎡,均价为996元,总价为20万元;网签1套厂房,面积共2926.37㎡,均价为1538元,总价为450万元。所有交易金额共计25726.51万元。
