一月楼市:汕头二手房成交量价稳定 均价同比涨35.3%

[摘要] 相比上一月(2014.11.1-2014.11.30),这个月多层住宅成交数量环比上涨9.1%,成交均价环比上涨约2.7%。十二月份汕头楼市量价均涨,总体还是呈现稳定的态势,较十一月份无大规模波动,这与楼市近期处于调整期有关。

房天下数据监控中心统计结果显示,2014年12月1日至12月31日,汕头市二手房(金平区、龙湖区、濠江区)12月份共网签683套多层住宅,成交面积63693.43㎡,均价为3965元/平,总价为25256.51万元;网签2套综合,面积共200.76㎡,均价为996元,总价为20万元;网签1套厂房,面积共2926.37㎡,均价为1538元,总价为450万元。所有交易金额共计25726.51万元。
